The turn

What if you knew it all beforehand?

No Objection AI reads your draft like a senior advocate, not a clerk. It flags the maintainability and provision-of-law points the registry will raise three weeks from now — the ones that need application of law, not a checkbox.

Clerical & registry defects

Court fee, welfare-fund stamp, stitching, pagination, index, vakalatnama, annexure legibility, certified & true copies — the things that bounce a filing at the counter.

Provision-of-law points

Defects that need application of law — wrong section cited, supervisory vs. appellate routing, limitation, jurisdiction, prayer mismatch. The points a clerk simply can't flag.

Maintainability checks

Is the petition even maintainable as framed? We surface the foundational objections that can sink a matter before it's heard — plus the official HC scrutiny checklist.

The data · 3,272 cases · 15,524 objections

The objections aren't random.
93% are repeats.

The same defects, raised again and again — predictable, so preventable. We learned this from 3,272 real filings across the Karnataka, Calcutta & Orissa High Courts — not just the official checklist sheets.

0%

The real killer

Clerks catch your court fee.
They never catch what loses your case.

Maintainability and provision of law — the defects that need application of law. No counter clerk is trained or empowered to flag these. We are.

⚖️ Wrong revision-vs-appeal route 🧭 Art.227 instead of a statutory appeal 🔁 Second bail while the first is pending 📃 Cheque-bounce filed against the State

Every objection we see — ranked. A clerk catches the orange; the violet needs application of law. ↓

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does No Objection AI actually check?+

Two things at once: (1) the registry / clerical defects a scrutiny clerk checks — court fee, cause-title, index, vakalatnama, prayer, classification; and (2) the points that need application of law — provision of law, BNSS twin-citation, maintainability, wrong remedy or route, limitation. It also returns the matching official High Court scrutiny checklist.

How is it different from the court's own scrutiny?+

A clerk polices mechanical compliance only. We also flag the legal-application defects no counter clerk is trained or empowered to raise — the maintainability and provision-of-law issues that can sink a matter on merits, not at the counter.

Is it trained only on the High Court checklists?+

No — and that's the point. It's trained on 3,272 real eCourts scrutiny cases, not just the official checklist sheets. In our data, around 64% of objections fall outside what the checklists cover — those need legal judgment, which is exactly what we add.

Which High Courts are covered?+

We are live for three High CourtsKarnataka (all three benches: Bengaluru, Dharwad, Kalaburagi), Calcutta and Orissa — with more High Courts on the way.

How long does it take?+

About 30 seconds per draft — entirely inside Telegram. No installs, no logins beyond the bot.

What can I upload?+

A PDF or Word (.docx) draft — writ, appeal, bail, 482, revision, civil, and more. Scanned PDFs work too.

Does it replace my judgment as an advocate?+

No. It's an assistant that surfaces points to verify before you file — you decide what to act on. Final scrutiny always rests with the Registry.

Is my draft confidential?+

Your file is used only to generate your scrutiny report. Don't upload anything you're not comfortable processing during this testing phase.

What does it cost?+

It's in testing — completely free right now.
